Billie the bulldog had just moved from Chicago to Katy in June after her daddy died. A cross country drive for a dog with a lot of issues was already a lot. She was finally settling in then Harvey hit. Once again her world was turned upside down. Thankfully, a very kind National Guardsman came to her rescue.
