Lydia Dick graduated from Rice University with a B.A. in Cognitive Sciences. She is now a Venture for America fellow working as the Assistant Director of the University of Alabama Birmingham’s Commercialization Accelerator. During her fellowship, she hopes to learn more about urban economic development, community engagement, and grass-roots entrepreneurship.
